Flora (Knapp) Reilly was born December 2, 1878 in Parson, Kansas as Flora Knapp. She was the daughter of Caroline M. Denman and Velosco J. Knapp, and her brother was Edwin Knapp.

Her family came to Washington Territory in 1889 and they moved to Anacortes in 1891. The family was one of the pioneer families of Anacortes.

She married Joseph and had three sons: Karl, Frank and Joe. She was a member of the Madrona Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Territorial Daughters of Washington, and Daughters of the American Revolution in Anacortes.

Flora remained in Anacortes until 1923 when she moved to California, where she spent the rest of her life.

Flora passed away on May 28, 1969 in San Diego, California and is interred at Grand View Cemetery in Anacortes, Washington.
